Karen began her real estate career in 1997 and quickly earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results. After more than two decades with RE/MAX First Choice Realty Ltd., she proudly launched the KH Team Thunder Bay branch of eXp Realty in 2025, fulfilling her goal of owning her own office and expanding her passion for mentoring agents and elevating client service through cutting-edge technology and powerful marketing systems.

Karen specializes in resale and new residential homes, first-time buyers, downsizing, relocations, recreational properties, rural homes, and agricultural real estate.
